"The Guerrilla Show: Join the Revolution"
Bay Area Juried Exhibition
February 5-26, 2011
The term, Guerrilla, has come to refer to unconventional and unexpected techniques that small groups employ to shake things up, force you to take a second look, and change your preconceptions about the everyday world, often in a mobile and temporary manner.
“The Guerrilla Show” is a short turn-around exhibition of affordable artwork by Bay Area and Northern California artists, with a nominal entry fee, one day for drop-off, one day for pick-up, and all artwork selling for $300 or under. Each artist brings two works of art, one to exhibit and one to replace it when sold. Artwork is sold off the wall, facilitating purchases of work by patrons.
JURORS: Mike Yochum, Priscilla Otani, Stephen C. Wagner, & Matthew Frederick
